Terms and Conditions of 4winbet – Platform Usage Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 4winbet ("Platform", "we"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or completing any transaction on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 4winbet, including Sports Betting, live casino, crash games, poker, roulette, blackjack, e-sports, and any other product available on the platform, present or future.

02Eligibility & Registration

To use the 4winbet, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age at the time of registration.
• Being a resident of Brazil and holding a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas).
• Having full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not being listed on any self-exclusion registry or having a previously closed account due to a terms violation.
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of an employee of 4winbet or any of its technology partners.

A 4winbet reserves the right to request proof of identity and residence documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03User Account

Each user may register one account only on 4winbet. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF, banking details, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of bonuses and possible retention of funds pending investigation.

The user is solely responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials and password confidential.
• Ensuring that third parties do not access your account.
• Immediately notify 4winbet in the event of suspected unauthorized access.
• Keep your account information up to date (email, phone number, banking details).

A 4winbet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of the account when the user failed to report the incident in a timely manner. All bets and transactions made from the account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

04Deposits & Payments

A 4winbet accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively domestic and in BRL:

• Pix — instant credit, no fees, available 24 hours a day.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — compensation within 1 business day.
• Credit and debit card — processed immediately or within 24 hours.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — immediate processing.
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other domestic banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. There is no set maximum limit, but transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional review in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the account holder on the 4winbet. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended for investigation.

05Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes once the request is approved, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have a fully verified account (complete KYC).
• Provide a Pix key or bank account registered in your own name and CPF.
• No active bets that exceed the available withdrawal balance.
• Have met the rollover requirements for any active bonus, where applicable.

A 4winbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or when there are indications of irregular activity. The review period in such cases may be up to 5 business days.

Withdrawals are always processed using the same method used for the deposit, where technically possible. In specific cases where this is not feasible, the 4winbet may process the withdrawal via Pix to the account holder's CPF key.

06Bonuses & Promotions

A 4winbet offers promotions and bonuses as announced on the platform. Each promotion has its own specific terms that must be reviewed at the time of opting in. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to a single welcome bonus, linked to the first deposit.
• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses is strictly prohibited — all accounts involved will be closed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it must be converted into real balance by meeting the rollover requirements.
• The standard rollover requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount received, unless otherwise indicated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bets with odds lower than 1,50 do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover.
• Unused bonuses or bonuses with an unmet rollover requirement within the validity period will be automatically cancelled.
• A 4winbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with 24 hours' prior notice, except in cases where abuse is detected.

07Sports Betting Rules

Bets on the 4winbet follow standard international industry rules, adapted to the Brazilian market. The main points are:

• A bet confirmed by the system is permanent and irrevocable, except in the cancellation scenarios set out in these terms.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply — any changes after confirmation do not affect bets that have already been placed.
• Bets placed on events whose result was already known at the time of acceptance will be cancelled and the stake refunded, regardless of the odds selected.
• In live betting, the 4winbet may suspend markets at any time due to technical instability, significant in-game events, or odds updates. Bets submitted during a temporary suspension may be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the outcome is determined, all bets are cancelled and stakes are refunded in full.
• For bets on Brazilian football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), the match must be completed in full for the result to be considered valid, except in specific markets with a minimum time rule.
• The official result recognized by the 4winbet is determined at the end of regular time, unless explicitly stated that extra time or penalties are included in the market being bet on.

Obvious odds errors — such as clearly incorrect odds caused by a system failure — may be corrected or cancelled by the 4winbet even after the bet has been confirmed. The user will be notified and the full amount refunded.

08Casino, Crash Games & Virtual Games

The casino games, crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), slots, roulette, blackjack, and poker available on 4winbet use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories. Games powered by Provably Fair allow users to cryptographically verify the integrity of each round.

By using the casino games, the user acknowledges that:

• Results are random and independent of previous rounds.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game information section and varies by title.
• Technical failures during a round (disconnection, server error) will result in the round being voided and the stake returned, unless the outcome has already been generated and recorded on the platform's servers.
• A 4winbet is not liable for losses resulting from instability in the user's internet connection.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4winbet:

• Fraud and manipulation: any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, bets, bonuses, or platform systems.
• Money laundering: use of the platform to move funds of illicit origin. 4winbet reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.
• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account per user, regardless of the information used.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, balance hold pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities, as applicable.

10Account Closure & Suspension

The user may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via chat. Following voluntary closure, any available balance (excluding unconverted bonuses) will be returned to the account holder via Pix within 5 business days.

A 4winbet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts.
• Request by the user through responsible gambling self-exclusion.
• Court order or administrative ruling from a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 4winbet reserves the right to hold the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation finds no irregularity, the balance will be returned to the account holder.

11Limitation of Liability

A 4winbet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user.
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account when the incident was not reported in a timely manner.
• Losses resulting from instability in the user's internet connection during gaming sessions.

The platform is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We make every reasonable effort to keep the service available 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee freedom from outages or technical errors.

12Responsible Gambling

A 4winbet believes that betting is entertainment and should be treated as such. We are committed to providing tools that help users stay in control of their experience on the platform.

Tools available in the user dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on the platform.
• Session time alert: receive notifications when your gaming session reaches the configured time limit.
• Full history: access the full detailed history of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made.
• Temporary break: lock your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent exclusion with immediate effect. Once self-excluded, the account cannot be reopened.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this document shall be settled in the courts of São Paulo, SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
